"so I baked cake"

I wanted cake.. so I baked cake!
Cake to go with the wonderful Lemon Lime Ice Cream that we made on Tuesday.The ice cream is rich & tangy and the cake was soft & sweet..
..which worked perfectly together.
The best thing is.. we have more!
