Ok, so winter is a very fickle mistress at the moment. Would you believe that we are currently in plus temps, low plus temps but plus temps all the same. Which you know means, snow melts. So the snow that we did get is now leaving us, before I even got a chance to get out there and attempt a snowman. Thwarted again! There is some dirty snow left but nothing you could really make anything with. It looks like I might be able to put my winter boots away for the year.. or will just saying that cause the weather gods to stop drinking the fickle juice and send 'winter' back? We will see.. I guess.. and in the mean time I will leave you this awesome photo of the gnarly spike monster awaiting their next victim! [instagram photo] and also, these spikes were just above our heads over our balcony.. the heat got them so it's safe out there now..
